🎨 Portrait Villa – Return & Refund concellation Policy
At PortraitVilla Return & Refund cancellation Policy, your satisfaction means everything to us. Every painting is 100% handmade with care and effort. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help fairly and transparently.
📦 1. Return & Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your final painting, you may request:
- Unlimited free revisions before shipment, or
- A refund (minus transaction charges) after the return of the painting
To be eligible for a refund:
- Email us at portraitvilla@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the painting
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- Return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving our return address
⚠️ Note: Filing a bank or PayPal dispute will invalidate your eligibility under this policy.
🖌️ 2. Unlimited Free Revisions (Before Shipping)
You’re entitled to unlimited revisions of the digital preview until you’re happy with the result. Our artists will work closely with you based on your feedback.
💰 3. Refund Policy & Transaction Fees
- If you’re not satisfied even after revisions and wish to return the painting, you can get a refund.
- A 20% transaction and artist compensation fee will be deducted from the total order value.
- This covers payment gateway charges and the time and effort of our professional artists.
Example: For a $200 order, you will receive a refund of $120 after the return.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has passed our quality check.
🚚 4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Artwork: Email us photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll repaint and reship at no cost.
- Lost Shipment: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll repaint and resend it free of charge.
🖼️ 5. Frame Damage
If only the frame is damaged, we will:
- Reimburse the frame cost, or
- Offer store credit of equivalent value
⚡ 6. Express Delivery Delay
If your Express Delivery doesn’t arrive within 14 days of dispatch, we will:
- Refund the express delivery fee, or
- Issue store credit for that amount
💳 7. Refund Options
- Refunds to original payment methods take 5–10 business days
- PayPal refunds appear instantly once processed
- You may also choose store credit for future use (with occasional bonus credit)
🚫 8. Limitations & Abuse Prevention
- Refund requests are limited to 2 times per customer per year (365 days)
- Customers repeatedly misusing the refund policy may be denied future refunds
- Custom orders and Gift Cards are non-refundable
