What sizes do you make artwork/ Portrait?
Portrait Villa work on any size (Small, Medium, Large or Custom Sized) as per the customer demand but Prices will vary with the size and Model (Frame, Rolled and Gallery Wrap)
What Quality of Photo do you need to make artwork/Portrait?
After you place your order, please forward us a soft copy of the photograph uploaded on our website with the order number (portraitvilla@gmail.com). Make sure the image of the subject is taken with a good quality camera (Resolution /Quality).
This helps our artist to add a better look at the details and add extra edges to the creation. The beauty of portrait totally depends on the photo you send us which helps our artist to create the finest art.
Is it Safe paying on your portal?
For International Transaction we use PAYPAL, It is one of the world’s safest payment gateways and we also assure you 100% for your card details and payments.
Can I check my Portrait before you ship it?
For your approval, we will send you the ART preview on your Email address. We can make any changes you want. Once we get approval from your end then we will process your order.
Can You Frame the painting?
Yes, we will frame the artwork but there will be no glass due to its fragility.
Can I order a painting as a gift to someone in a different location?
If you want to order painting as a gift, Message the recipient address in the comment box while placing the order.
Are they any extra hidden charges or Service tax?
No! Extra hidden charges, what you see is what you pay!
Can I order a custom size? What will be the price?
Yes, you can order a custom size, email your preferred size to portraitvilla@gmail.com
To make a custom painting can I merge different photos?
Yes, Of course you can merge, during the order process simply upload the clear photos and then will take care of it to make a beautiful portrait.
Can I select a background for my portrait?
Yes, you can select your own background, No extra charge for this. You can send us another photo as a background. There is a comment option where you can write to us to make any changes you wish including the background.
